You should make every reasonable effort to safeguard your PhoneCard PIN from unauthorized users. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen PIN.

You still may be able to use the Local Access Phone Number if Long Distance is included in your local calling area, such as included in many cell phone plans. Special bonus minutes, such as weekend bonus minutes, for cell phone use may be the best minutes to use for the call.
Pay Phone Surcharge is a fee mandated by the FCC that has to pay to the owner of the Pay Phone whenever a call is placed from a Pay Phone to a toll free phone number, 1-800 for example. This charge is passed on only to Pay Phone users in order to maintain our low rates for all our customers.

With toll free phone numbers, 1-800 for example, normally is valid only in the 48 Contiguous United States (All States except Alaska and Hawaii.) Toll free phone numbers are normally not available from other locations. Local Access Phone Numbers are very limited in their calling area.
